Infinite is glory of lord Krishna and infinite is the mode of perennial tales which can stand any amount of retelling. Born on the land of Sri Mathura ji, in the prison of king Kansa to mother devaki, Devaki and vasudev was obliged of their virtues of past which make them to have supreme soul as their son, lord Krishna on eighth from the full moon in the mid night when moon was in transit from Rohini constellation in the month of bhadhoo {bhadra, means the good one}.

Immediately after the birth in mid night lord Krishna was taken to nand gaon, in the house of king nand baba and mother yashoda for reasons to make safe passage for great savior of truth and life on the planet. This fact was not known to to mother yashoda as her new born girl child was taken way in place of lord for security reasons.

And story of miracles moves ahead one after the other from the lotus feet of lord Krishna even in his very childhood.

He became the killer of demons and savior of pious souls in his very child hood. Many great demons were subjected to their ultimate destiny. Saints and pious souls find their abode in the lotus feet of lord Krishna.

shri shri vrindavan is the city of beautiful & ancient temple, all are equally nice to visit with faith & spirit but a temple with a difference is of shri bihari ji-

Bankey Bihari temple, Vrindavan is amongst the holiest and famous temples of Krishna in India. Shri Swami haridas got Bankey bihari ji appeared in Nidhivan. The idol of Thakur Ji is much older and was worshipped in Nidhivan till 1863. This temple was constructed in 1864 with the contribution of Goswamis. After constructing of temple, Goswamis transferred the idol to this temple. Bankey means "Bent at three places" and Bihari means "Supreme enjoyer". Bankey bihari ji is worshiped and looked after as a child. There is a different and unique style of celebrating every festival in Bankey bihari temple. The deity is dressed up and offered cuisine (bhog, prasad) according to season. Temple is decorated with lights and various types of flower according to festival. There are no bells or conch in the temple because Bankey Bihari does not like the sound of bells or conch. there is only chant of 'radha naam'. When someone enters in the temple, he feels an eternal bliss and calm and forgets all misery. As soon as someone meets with Thakur ji, he becomes dedicating himself to Thakur ji.Kind hearted Thakur ji demolish his problem and bless him with His divine grace how far he is.
